Health, safety and wellbeing

The health, safety and wellbeing of our employees is paramount and we are committed to providing an excellent working environment.


We prioritise health and safety over production and task and our duty of care to protect our employees, contractors, visitors and the public means we always adhere to stringent standards.


In recognition of these standards we hold ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certification.


Best practice is overseen by management staff on the ground at each of our sites, who work closely with their teams to ensure all health and safety processes are as efficient as possible.

Staff wellbeing

Focusing not just on health and safety in the workplace, our philosophy is to be a caring and supportive organisation by enhancing our employees’ mental wellbeing. We have a number of initiatives in place including trained mental health first aiders who support and aid our team, and always look for new opportunities to support their wellbeing.


We believe in taking the time to invest in our employees, which in turn ensures we maintain our happy, productive and talented workforce.
