Hillhouse Group boasts its very own mobile concrete plant, capable of accessing remote and difficult terrain. Our mobile plant, which can provide up to 60 cubic metres of concrete per hour, comes with its very own team of highly trained operators – ensuring customers receive a superior service in some of the most challenging terrain.
Since the mobile concrete plant’s commission in 2014, it has played a vital role assisting a number of large-scale projects.
These include the installation of turbines at Kype Muir wind farm for Banks Renewables. The works saw four permanent members of the Hillhouse Group team staff making concrete on-site, assisted by an off-site support team, providing over 13,000m3 of concrete and almost 26,000 tonnes of sand and aggregate for the wind farm.
